What data is collected
The commercial request form asks for full name, company, role, country, email and phone or WhatsApp. The message is optional. No financial data or identity documents are requested.

What the system records automatically
Alongside each request the system stores the enquiry type, the product or service that prompted it, the source page, language, date and time, and a unique reference. If you accept analytics, the site also uses random visitor and session identifiers to measure page views, searches, product interest and conversions; these identifiers do not contain your name or contact details.
How the data is used
Data is used exclusively to answer the commercial enquiry and to follow up the relationship with CHACO MARKT. It is not used for third-party advertising and it is not sold.
Who has access
Only the internal CHACO MARKT team. Associate companies whose offer appears in the catalogue do not automatically receive the enquirer's data: all commercial handling goes through CHACO MARKT.
Consent
Submitting the form requires explicitly accepting this notice. Analytics is optional: you may accept or decline it in the preferences notice without preventing use of the website. The preference and anonymous visitor identifier last up to 12 months; the session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to CHACO MARKT quoting your request reference. You may also clear browser cookies to withdraw your analytics preference.
Retention and security
CHACO MARKT retains enquiries for as long as needed to manage the commercial relationship and applicable obligations. Panel access is role-restricted, passwords are stored as hashes, and relevant administrative actions are logged for audit purposes.
